Sunthinks Single Pass Printer

Unlike multi-pass printing that uses a printhead moving left-to-right over the substrate, single pass printers have fixed printheads that move over the substrate in one continuous pass. The printers fire millions of tiny drops of ink to create high-resolution, richly colored images and graphics. They require very little warm-up time, and the prints dry instantly. Single-pass printing is suitable for a wide range of materials and production environments, from technical drawings and maps to high-end posters and packaging.

430mm printing width, 30m/min, with built-in circulation ink system, with automatic image feathering function, supports variable data printing and multi-task continuous printing. Uses manufacturer-depth tested matching inks.
