Four, the operation steps

1. Plug in the power supply, turn on the main power switch, and the indicator light will be on.

2. Adjust the time and temperature required.

3. After adjusting the temperature and time, the OUT1 light will be on and wait for the machine to heat up

4. After the temperature is finished, the thermometer OUT1 lamp will be off and then flash (while holding the temperature).

5. Put the clothes on the silicone pad, then put the hot stamping paper, (pay attention to the front and back of the hot stamping paper) push the table to the hot stamping position, put the items into the hot stamping paper, then put the high-temperature cloth, switch to the manual gear, press the start switch, hot stamping begins.

6. When the time is up, the heating plate will automatically rise and pull out the working table.

7. Hot items.If the cold tearing hot stamping paper, please wait 5-10 seconds before tearing the hot stamping paper.If it is hot - torn hot - stamping paper, please tear off the hot - stamping paper immediately after stamping.

8, after the success of the test printing, you can turn the switch left to automatic.After placing the hot stamping item, simply move the handle 7 to just above the hot stamping item and the hot stamping will start automatically.In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button. At this point, the heating plate rises and the emergency stop button is reset to continue hot stamping.

V. Maintenance Matters:

1. Pressure: if it is not uniform, first measure the distance between the four edges of the heating plate and the four edges of the bottom plate with a ruler. If not, adjust the "lower" nut of the four connecting screw in the center of the heating plate, lower the heating plate by lowering it, and lower the heating plate by tightening it up.If the pressure is too large or too small (usually 4kg-6kg), adjust the regulating valve on the filter to the direction of "+", increase the pressure, "-" reduce the pressure, or check whether the air compressor pressure is normal (usually 6kg-8kg).

2. Time: When the bottom plate is in place and the time is not displayed, check the proximity switch, whether the distance is moderate, it should be set to less than 4mm. When the time is up, the heating plate does not come down, check the circuit.(Intermediate relay, time controller)

3. Temperature: adjust to the set temperature, no temperature rise, no temperature control, check whether the temperature control meter, solid state relay, heating plate lines are in good contact and electrical components fault.

Note:

The whole machine must have proper and strong protective ground wire

Successful hot stamping requires the right time, temperature and pressure, clothing thickness and materials and various types of hot stamping paper will affect the effect of hot stamping, a variety of hot stamping paper are required to try hot stamping samples, before mass production.

The temperature and time required for hot stamping are as follows:

Cotton clothing: 180-220 degrees, 25 seconds

Polyester clothing: 180 degrees, 15 seconds

Pearl plate: 180 degrees, 120--180 seconds

Metal pendant: 180 degrees, 60 seconds

Mouse pad: 180 degrees, 15 seconds

Porcelain plate: 200 degrees, 180 seconds

Key chain: 180 degrees, 100 seconds

Ceramics: 180-220 degrees, 180 seconds

Set the temperature and time

1: Temperature setting: press SET key once, at this time the digits flash, it enters the temperature setting state, press add key,  to SET temperature setting, and press SET key for 2 seconds.

2: Time setting: Press the add/subtract key to set the required time. HMS represents time minutes and seconds respectively.
